Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
Went to a dental hygienist who told me I have gum disease. This got me worried. It's still early-to-mid stages it seems. I don't want to lose any teeth. What can I do to reverse receding gums. I'm prepared to buy all the supplements that will be beneficial for this.

This is old info, but nonetheless it will work:

In addition to this, it wouldn't hurt to increase vitamin C and collagen heavy foods.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
Very interesting read CS. Thanks!
I found this https://www.dailyneedsworld.com/willmar-schwabe-sanguinaria-canadensis-mt.html?currency=gbp&cmp_id=18190181236&adg_id=141766337658&kwd=&device=c&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyMXc6ff6-QIV8mDmCh0Amg0TEAQYASABEgKImvD_BwE
Hopefully is a good one to be used for mouthwash.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
I don't want to do gum grafting or anything surgical. I'm guessing dental hygienist treatments like deep cleaning should be okay and good to do though. I've been told I should go regular deep cleaning to prevent further gum recession.
It would also be good to know if anyone has successfully reversed receding gums as I have been googling online and I haven't heard anyone successfully achieving this.
Any natural ways that people achieved success? Would love to know this and take immediate action.
I had heard of this before https://www.calciumtherapy.com/ , but not sure if it reverses gum recession.

Also I have heard people talking about reducing gingivitis pockets, but not sure if reduction in pockets means same things as reversing receding gums.

Yep, that last link will help.
Also, Dr. Nara has a book - Easily found for free (Do it yourself Dentistry) - He's worked on thousands of people and it works.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
Thanks CS. I found a book Dr. Nara called "HOW TO BECOME DENTALLY SELF-SUFFICIENT". A lot of great info in there. I'm going to try to apply that.
I have recently bought the following:
-3% Hydrogen Peroxide to be used as mouthwash(and chucked out my Chlorhexidine mouthwash)
-Bovine Collagen peptides
-Liposomal Vitamin C Supplement
-CoQEnzyme Oral Spray
-CoQ10 Toothpaste
-Ubiquinol Supplement
-Advanced Oral Probiotics(containing Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Reuteri, Lactobacillus Salivarius, Lactobacillus Paracasei, Lactobacillus Thermophilus, and Streptococcus Salivarius.)
-Oil Pulling(coconut oil)
-Trace Minerals Research Liquimins ConcenTrace Mineral Mouth Rinse
-Gengigel Mouthrinse
-(Waiting for CalciumTherapy Institute order to arrive).
I'm a little confused with the probiotics aspect. In Dr. Nara's book an Oramedics Saliva test is mentioned to measure the amount of Lactobacillus in the mouth, where anything above 8,000 lacto per ml. of saliva is considered danger zone for oral health. So could taking Advanced Oral Probiotics be harmful for my oral health if its already high?

An easy trick here: Just brush your teeth with this:
https://www.iherb.com/pr/tpcs-iosol-formula-ii-1-fl-oz-30-ml/4785?=hil335
It will kills the type of bacteria (step mutans) that ruin the chances for gum recovery.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
From the calcium institute website:
"Receding gums are the result of several conditions, including traumatic bite, excessive flossing and too much dental care, orthodontic braces, gum surgery, pocket measuring, strong rinses, pastes or power brushes, oils, plaque fighters, peroxide, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc… If you can temper those and avoid most, things may calm down. Then you can see the real causes are and eliminate them, the causes, that is."

I'm currently using hydrogen peroxide for my receding gums. Does this mean it can make it worse too?

Hydrogen peroxide is probably safe in the short-term. However, bacteria in the mouth helps recovery from gum disease, and "HP" might slow down that recovery.

So perhaps shouldn't use if for too long or dilute it more with water.
I'm also thinking of adding chewable calcium tablets. I wonder if this can be beneficial for gum and teeth health too. https://amzn.eu/d/edpcpTn

There's a Colgate toothpaste called Optic White that has hydrogen peroxide in it. Can't be very much in it and you're supposed to use it daily....at least for a while.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
Just came across this video:
What do you think?
I'm thinking of buying this now TriSodium Phosphate( https://amzn.eu/d/8CWlfba ), and baking soda( https://amzn.eu/d/cCmEpwQ ). Bit worried about the TriSodium Phosphate one though as it looks like a heavy duty cleaning agent, not sure if I can put that it my mouth(the one in the link).

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
The medical cartel (Rockefeller Sick-Care) always set out to destroy any ground breaking research that restored health. One of those clinical pearls is phosphate levels.
Makes sure that TSP really stands for Trisodium Phosphate in case it is something else.
Back in 1960's Melvin Dr. Page studied Dr. Weston Price’s work with primitive people and started his investigations at Mercy Hospital and Hackley Hospital in Muskegon. He ran more than two thousand blood chemistry tests and discovered that no absorption of bone occurred (and no cavities) when the calcium to phosphorus ratio were in a proportion of 10 to 4 in the blood. The Department of Dental Research of the United States Air Force confirmed his findings of a calcium/phosphorus ratio to be correct 42 years later. Dr. Page also found, according to test readings, that the blood sugar level should be at 85, plus or minus 5 (Sclavo test) and that resorption would stop when restoring the 2.5 ratio of calcium to phosphorus.
Thus, the basic research of Dr. Page uncovered the knowledge that white sugar and refined carbohydrates increases serum calcium. Calcium is drawn from the bone tissue and is then carried in the serum calcium.
The endocrine effect of this is Calcium uptake is determined by parathyroid produced by the parathyroid gland. When the Calcium to Phosphorous ratio drops there will be a decrease in stimulation of the parathyroid gland causing a decrease in Parathyroid leading to a decrease in calcium delivered and taken away from the osteoclast in bone.
Phosphorus is found readily in our diet most of which is unwanted. The primary sources are 1) carbonated drinks as phosphoric acid; 2) canned goods as preservatives; and 3) meat (red 50:1, chicken and fish 30:1). The single most dietary factor that will disrupt the Calcium to Phosphorous ratio is sugar and alcohol.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
I always find it intriguing, to find out about the lies of the medical cartel. And I don't put anything past them, the world is a strange place with very bad people in power. So it's always useful to find out about useful information to learn how to improve health.
Regarding this TSP, the one I linked in my post, I'm having second thoughts about its safety. Perhaps I need to find another one, but they all probably have the same warning. On the box it says this: "WARNING: Trisodium Phosphate and Calcium carbonate. DO NOT take internally. All strong cleaners are irritating and may cause burns to the skin and eyes. Wear full cover eye protection, gloves and long sleeved shirt to help avoid contact with power and solution. Watch out for splashes and overhead runs and drips and DO NOT allow solution to get into gloves or soak through shirt into skin. Thoroughly wash all contaminated clothing before reuse. CAUTION: Hot TSP solutions will darken aluminum containers and may remove or degloss enamels.
Now is Trisodium Phosphate really as scary as they're making it out to be? Is this like the case we have with MMS(Chlorine Dioxide) and the fake scare they create calling it a cleaning agent. Because if that's the case, I tend to ignore those lies because it feels like they just don't want people discovering what can be beneficial for them.
However since I am new to Trisodium Phosphate, I need to be sure when I put this in mouth. I mean it's giving a pretty strong warning, saying to wear gloves when handling etc so not sure if this one particularly is good as a mouthwash. Maybe it contains something else in the product other than the Trisodium Phosphate that makes them need to put such as warning.

Re: Gum Disease Reversal - Is it possible to reverse receding gums?
Animal studies published in 2008 and 2009 found that healing of the alveolar bone—a ridge of compact bone that contains the tooth sockets on the maxillae and mandible (ie, the bones that hold teeth)—was inhibited in boron-deficient rats. Compared with boron-adequate rats (3 mg/kg/d of boron in the diet) when evaluated at 7 and 14 days, boron-deficient animals (0.07 mg/kg/d boron in the diet) had significant reductions in osteoblast surface (57% and 87% at 7 d and 14 d, respectively) concomitant with increases in quiescent surface (120% and 126% at 7 d and 14 d, respectively), indicating that boron deficiency can result in impaired bone healing due to a marked reduction in osteogenesis.
Missing teeth, more likely in places with boron deficient soils.
