The unfortunate likelihood of having to go a PCR test/nasal swab is approaching and I would like to be prepared for it.

Are there any methods I can take to try minimize any potential harm? Should I be buying nasal spray, carrying water cleaning methods to try to flush anything out? My paranoia is going to hit the roof after I undergo one of these nasal swabs, and it seems unavoidable now.
