Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) experiences for AGA

Did anyone here already make research on Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for AGA (not AA)?
I know there are some promising studies out there but this one from last year makes me sceptical now...

I speak to a lot of people who have had this. The studies over the years always appeared more promising than
the feedback heard, so also feel quite skeptical about it.
