Re: Carbonic Acid
I forgot to update so I apologize.
I had candida, did the cleanse for almost 2 months and got rid of it all, I suspect as I stopped seeing it. Anyway it did nothing for my joints, but gave a minor boost to my energy levels and that is probably due to food absorption.
The cracking still exists although I figured out that by stretching I can make it so my ankles almost never crack. That must be due to the tendon. Other than that little to no change.

Re: Carbonic Acid
Even though the chances are slim I had to ask anyway. Do you drink soda sublime?

Re: Carbonic Acid
no soda.
The cleanse will most likely show its benefits in the long term.
I am going to get an official test to see if I have it or not anymore.

I ran out of strips a while back. I'll order more and let you know.
Any particular reason in this instance?

Re: Carbonic Acid
sublime - It's not too important, but if you would be curious anyway if you decide to get them. When you mentioned carbonic acid, made me think of pH factor. But it's not really that acidic and your diet is probably extremely alkaline.
