Derma stamping still worth it? Empty Derma stamping still worth it?

Been trying with supplements, diet, and other methods for years now. I have been stamping my temples (hair loss areas) for over a year now with a 1.5mm dermastamp. I am losing hope that I can ever grow anything back. Is it still worth to do this? The skin on my temples look much healthier and nice.

I'm curious how often are you derma stamping? I am having good results with increased thickness along with other things I am sticking with the weekly derma stamping and minox as the study looked so good
