How's your Mineral "Game"? Empty How's your Mineral "Game"?

Hey men, I have taken the time to meticulously look through every mineral to decide what needs to be taken, how and what needs to be removed. This list I've made is just concerning the minerals and I might do a vitamin one later.

I have got a few Questions if your reading this CS, and if you care to answer that would be just fantastic..

1.) For Sodium, do you still have no faith in Himalayan Salt? do you still prefer the finnish "Wright Salt"?

2.) Phosphorus is a mineral I'm confused about, Ray Peat was always banging on about how we need to get a high calcium to phosphorus ratio. But I can't find your opininion on this mineral on the forum.. is it already abundant enough in the standard diet? should I worry about it?

3.) Copper. I've been using a chelated copper from solgar, little blue pills that i intuitively don't like the idea of.. But I heard recently that chlorophyll has copper. Would taking that be a suitable replacement for the former?

Thanks in advance buddy, I'm so happy you exist lol

anyway here is my list on minerals, if you see anything i've fucked up on, please enlighten me!

Minerals

Sulphur > MSM protocol and Vit C
Potassium > Hit 7g via veg + coconut water, tomato juice and pills
Magnesium > Morning Mag chloride spray + weekly magnesium bath
Calcium > Always ensure proper cofactors first, go easy. Yogurt, cheese, sardines, pill.
Sodium > Himalayan salt… or even “Wright” Finnish salt
Chloride > See above
Phosphorus > ray peat says we’ve too much. Not much said on ‘IH’. Reckon we get enough in diet.

Zinc > 15-30mg. pills on and off. Diet. Food sources.
Copper > 1-2mg pill. Investigate chlorophyll copper.
Iodine > Kelp (..and get ALL co-factors including 1g of L-Tyrosine)
Selenium > Brazil nuts, pills
Silicon > Pills
Boron > FruiteXB
Chromium > Pills, Brewer’s yeast
Molybdenum > pills for now
Manganese > food sources, especially maple syrup as a sweetener.
Vanadium > Vanadyl sulfate 10 mg
Tin > Bilberry/blueberry/dog grass? Brewer’s yeast

Germanium  Try get these 3 from food
Strontium
Lithium

Iron  Phlebotomy

Mercury  Cilantro, Humic fulvic acid, Modified Citrus Pectin/Sodium Alginate +?
Cadmium
Aluminium
Arsenic
Lead
Nickel (Dr. Hulda Clarke says implicated in mpb)

Bromine  Iodine
Fluoride
Chlorine

well first I saw this:

CS- "I had previously thought that sea salt, Himalayan salt and Celtic were good. However, I quickly changed my mind when I found that most of the time, these harvested, unrefined salts are "too old" to be active with respect to being electrically charged."

But then I saw this:

CS- "Wright Salt is safe, and is biologically active. However, it doesn't contain all of the minerals like Celtic does... ...Wright Salt and Celtic are both good--only thing for certain is that some Celtic salt will be o poor quality (non-biological)."
