I took lithium orotate at one time, don't think I really need it right now, but thanks for the reminder. Good info on this:

A good source for info on minerals is the "Ask Moreless" forum at curezone. He gives a recipe for an alkalizing drink that is loaded with absorbable minerals. He advises taking a pinch of epsom salts in water at every meal.
