Looking for even moderate success here.. ie thickening, small regrowth, etc.
Im very sensitive to even minorly anti androgenic topicals such as lavender, rosemary, etc..
Thanks!

I think I have had a win with the IH regimen and some Ray Peat principles. I do think my thinning hair was a result of thyroid issues and low testosterone though. I did not seem to have the traditional mpb thing going on.
For what it was worth, I did offer to share some scalp pictures dating back to 2011 for a second opinion, but nobody seemed interested.

Haven't tried it yet myself, but on Raypeatforum a guy named TubZy had success with Selsun Blue shampoo and also piroctone olamine shampoo. Apparently others have too. He started with menthol Selsun though, so that may be antiandrogenic. He's also mentioned a bunch of other stuff like aspirin, taurine, etc. kinda hard to keep track of it all.
Castor oil seemed quite popular at one point... Anybody have success with that?
