OT: Effective natural topicals for carpal tunnel?
My situation is this. I have started DT and I believe it can help me so therefore I dont want to give up on it before trying for a full year.
It seems that, even though I am using additional tools to help me (stones) instead of just using my hands, I still get minor numbness in my fingertips and some occasional wrist pain.
Could anyone recommend any natural carpal tunnel topicals to use?
Thanks in advance!

Iv had success with DSMO. Though you have to be very careful with application. As it Will carry any impurities into the bloodstream. I use 60% gelled from Jacobs Laboratories.

Try B6. It is not a topical, but it worked for me.

Try high dose p5p, along with thyroid boost, magnesium spray and a MSM. Also niacinamide, zinc and vitamin C.

Thanks for suggestions guys. Yeah, main concern of mine is the numbness aspect, not so much the pain

I second mistyisland, go for active B6 (it'll work at least 50% of the time, given enough time).

I didn't realize vitamin C was also a factor.
I just had some surgery, and the doctor recommended 500-1000 mg. vitamin C for healing. After a month with this added to my regimen, strangely enough I have improved relief from back pain. (It wasn't back surgery)
I wish they would write these Pubmed studies in English, though.

Re: OT: Effective natural topicals for carpal tunnel?
I've been taking 33 mg p5p 2-3 x/day for around 1.5 weeks. The day before yesterday I started to feel a very very minor prickly sensation that comes and goes in my hands, arms, face, legs... Basically all over. It kinda feels like dry skin but isn't really relieved by moisturizer.
I really don't know if it's from the p5p.. I have stopped taking it since 2 days ago. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing it. 2 days ago I also slept at a friends house after a night of drinking in a guest room that I haven't been before. Ended up passing out on a sleeping bag on the floor lol (drunken escapades). Maybe there coulda been an irritant that I'm reacting too. But 2 days 4 showers later I feel
It should be gone...
This prickly feeling still remains.. I hope it isn't a permanent effect from p5p but that sounds highly unlikely.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
