Those who follow Ray Peat/Danny Roddy, does it work for you?

I've noticed that Danny Roddy has really developed a good youtube channel/blog/instagram with a lot of things to be eating if you have MPB. Most of his stuff is all based on Ray Peat's findings.

My question to those that are following this diet, is it working for you to stop hairloss? Or better, is it reversing it with regrowth?

Very interested to hear the results of his faithful followers.

How many diet plans are there now?
They surely take every chance to use every possible interactive instance for profit reasons, and people swallow it.

No offence to ts, but for me it´s getting ridiculous regarding supplements, drugs, and now we cannot even make our own conclusions regarding food.

Common sense that´s it, and a simple plant based diet will get you back in harmony.

Diet isn't enough and people respond to different diets. Lots of people who have used DR's ideas have still needed help.

I think a combined approach of longecity, bulletproof (asprey) and ray pat's ideas would be ideal.

They have the most cutting edge ideas in health at the moment.

A vegan diet will destroy you though.
