Hi All,

I have a history of a autoimmune condition attacking my body. Last year I was down almost a month from muscle and hip pain. It slowly started relieving itself from proper diet, sleep, reducing stress etc. Recently I have had mild pain starting in my throat. Went to the doc when it did not go away for a couple of weeks. Doc said he could see some inflammation in the throat and prescribed me antibiotics (amoxicillin). I started on those and felt relief in my throat within a week, but my joint and hip pain came back full force, just like I had last year. Fearing of not making it worse, I stopped on the antibiotics. Muscle pain was starting to fade away, but now my throat pain and inflammation are back to where they were Rolling Eyes

Do I have no other choice but to use antibiotics to drive away the inflammation/infection from my throat !? Please advice.

Note: I have tried taking apple cider vinegar from the last 2 days which did not seem to help.

Thanks!

do you consume dairy? I get significant joint inflammation and get sick easier esp with tonsillitis when i eat it. Whenever I cut it out for longer than a few weeks all this goes away.

I've never heard of a autoimmune system disease that makes your muscles and hips sore. Unless it's some sort of arthritis like psoriatic arthritis. Are you sure that antibiotics can cause this? How about eating yogurt with good bacteria? Maybe they will flourish and take over the bad bacteria in your throat that is causing the inflamation.
