regrow lymphatic channels in scars.

My surgical intervention left me with a long scar on my scalp. Apparently the scar didnt regrow new lymphatic vessels and so is now the lymphatic flow obstructed. The obstructed lymphatic flow created thick fibrosis on my scalp (the part where the lymphatic fluid is stuck) and thats how my hair loss started. What can be done to regrow lymphatic vessels in the scar and stop this madness?

Maybe have the scar tissue surgically removed and then some ACell intra-cellular matrix applied in its place? It only costs $1000 for a square foot sheet, and you probably need much less than that. What do you guys think, would it work?
