Has anyone used or heard of "He Shou Wu" ??

I don't believe it works, however some people it helps restore hair colour.

it does work internaly and from testimonials work topicaly also , as its highly estrogenic herb.
i had experience with SHENG FA WAN, which is mixture of chinese herbs for hair, he sho wu is the main herb.
people report side effects both internaly and topicaly, but for some it works without.
maybe better to take as chinese formula rather than alone, and yes it thicken hair and darken after short time. i didnt continue more than 1.5 month.

I took fo-ti for around 5-6 months and developed gyno which even to this day is present although reduced. I believed my hair improved by taking it.
