wtf .. are the confusing  healthy eggs to fast food,  are they confusing all fats here?  did meat in that indian study really increase cancer?

or, are eggs super foods,   healthy fats good for us .. and its the sugar, the processed foods, the chemicals, the fake oils, the rancid oils and fats that are bad... this woman is over-simplfying?  

or do carbs not make you fat like she is saying here:

you should burn carbs and not fat, yes,

that's better for hair and health

most people lose hair on low carb diets, the body goes into "hibernation", "starvation", "preservation" "scarcity" mode

you want the body in "fully functioning" "abundance" mode

That's absolutely not true and it's not that simple. Cellular energy can come from fats as well as glucose in the krebs cycle. Also, if that were true then several civilizations like the Inuit would have shit hair.

Us in the fitness and bodybuilding community keep things very simple and there is a reason we are able to manipulate our body weights so efficiently for our cutting and bulking cycles. Calories in, calories out. Carbs don't make you fat, fat doesn't make you fat, protein doesn't either, it is the quantity, the quantity is really all that matters but people really want it to be more complicated. Because eating less is hard for some. They try to say certain foods are more thermogenic, or drink loads of tea to slim waist line... they're missing the big picture, and the big picture is calories.

As far as health goes everything causes cancer, and what we should all strive for is to just eat real food with few ingredients and keep that simple too.

Have to disagree. 1000 calories from fat, protein, and sugar effect your body and a cascade of hormones QUITE differently. Ketosis vs glycolysis is very different. Every body builder I know who competes drives their macro-nutrients just as much as calories. They will as well go on a low-carb diet prior to competition to get shredded. And while bulking they will be in a high-carb mode. Is one better than the other? Who knows. There's a million diets out there. There are hundreds of people losing boat loads of weight in ketosis despite what the bikini girl says who rides her bike relentlessly. Control the hormones!

This is something that has been driving me nuts since my hormonal issues started after I went OFF a low carb diet, so I have no idea if it was from the low carb or eating carbs again after being on the low carb diet. That was 10 years ago and my hormones are still messed up.

maybe make the diet 1/2 raw veggies and fruits
and the other half meat and cooked veggies
but, how can she eat pasta and rice in crazy amounts (empty calories) and be thin and healthy? if we believe her, after all she makes $$ from her channel and videos and message.

Is some regards one size does fit all, white rice, gluten etc... are sticky foods and will stick to the colon walls.
