I just got this little bottle of iodine tincture and I was wondering if it could be used as a topical - it has alcohol, though. What  do you guys think?

I was doing it every night before bed for a while... Just didn't seem to do anything for me. Now I am just doing it every so often...

rubbing T3 in your hair may be better

rubbing iodine in hair has been done to death on this forum.

I just don't think it works

Still, I would like to give it a try. There's a lot of anedoctal evidence that it works, so lets see... Also, its a way of supplementing on iodine. My solution has 1g of iodine p/ 100ml, should I apply it everyday?

Thanks for this. I´m gonna give it a try with some iodine tincture untill I can get some T3. Do you guys think its safe to apply iodine tincture daily?
