Manual Method Progress Report
Hi all,
I know that this has been done before, but I figure it's time for another update.
For those that have been doing strictly manual methods (preferred for this survey) or manual + supps or another hybrid type of therapy for at least 6 months, it would be tremendously helpful to everyone if you could post you results below, following this format (strictly please! – numbering, lettering, concision and all that jazz):
1) Type of manual method(s) used (e.g. detumenscence, ferox, inversions, etc.)
2) Non-manual types of your regime (if any)
2) Your Age
3) For how long you've had male pattern baldness
4) Your assessment of your regrowth (before/after pics would be ideal, but I can't expect everyone to have them..)
------A) Strong, undoubtable regrowth
------B) Small/moderate regrowth (definitely no loss, yet difficult to say whether you've made gains)
------C) No regrowth and no loss
------D) Slower rate of loss as before you started manual method(s)
------E) Same rate of loss as before manual method
------F) Faster rate of loss as before manual method
5) Any changes in your lifestyle, regimen, etc. since you began manuals that may have influenced your results
Males only please. And if you have diffuse thinning, please say so. I'd participate but I'm only 2 months into DT. If you are a lurker who qualifies, this is a good time to make an account!
Thanks a ton. Lets hope this gives us some insight.

Re: Manual Method Progress Report
1) Detumescence
2)none
3)30 years old
4) 4 years since hair loss started
5)no regrowth, possible slower rate of loss but can't be sure
6) lifestyle changes have been cutting out processed foods and coffee though that has slipped again recently, mainly due to depression from lack of results. Basically said fuck it and ate what I wanted for a while again.
I have diffuse thinning throughout the entire scalp including sides and back. Receding to about NW 2 now. Up to age 26 had insanely thick hair.

Re: Manual Method Progress Report
1. Everything over a long period... Ferox, GBP2000s pinching... but mostly inversion every couple days along with DT
2. Just diet and exercise along with some supplementation which is currently pretty minimal.
3. 31
4. Since early-mid twenties that I started doing something about. Really probably receded since late teens but didn't mind the widow's peak. ON pharma drugs from about 23-27 or 28? can't remember exactly off hand.
5. A- HAd success with pharma but got sides over time. Quit them and have since surpassed where I was while on them. Went from steadily losing ground with an island forming in the front to a fairly solid NW 2-2.5 and have been slowly but steadily gaining ground for a long time. Hairloss reversed. When I was in my 20s I was sure I'd be shaving it slick by now.
6. Not really...
