sebum & shampoo Empty sebum & shampoo

Post  wildtruffle Mon Oct 06, 2014 4:29 pm

Would it make sense that shampoo disturbs natural sebum production? Like whenever i go no poo, my hair gets really oily for a week or two - with days scattered in where it seems to reduce - almost like it's trying to normalize. So if sebum is a concern for anyone, wouldn't the way to address it be to remove shampoo and let it normalize?
