im trying to figure out what is causing my forehead to be so oily lately, so any ideas? here is most of the stuff ive taken over the last few months

eklonia cava
ashwagandha
beta sitosterol
saw palmetto
apple cider vinegar
amino acids
krill oil
brewer's yeast
celery seed
papaya enzyme
msm
vitamins
minerals
hyaluronic acid
grape seed extract
spirulina
lcarnitine
probiotics

diet is pretty much lean meats, vegetables and fruits. i eat alot of salmon am i getting to much omega 3? or is this from my liver? ive never had an oily forehead so i dont know. thanks

KAPTUNKRUNK - Try cutting out the Saw Palmetto. If that doesn't work have another option.

KAPTUNKRUNK - How much Beta-Sitosterol are you taking?

KAPTUNKRUNK - Try stopping the Beta-Sitosterol and see what happens. If that doesn't work, then I would suggest using Lithium/DMSO shampoo.

Not sure if this would help you but when I was using Virgin Coconut Oil on my scalp and hair, it really reduced how greasy my hair got.

thanks for your help man, my forehead seems to be back to normal now.

around 4 months now and my hairline is starting to look better. hopefully over the next months it will thicken up but definitely little hairs and some are starting to darken up.
