here is what's in it, it's adam now foods multivitamin
because im trying to pinpoint what im doing differently on days where my eyes are sensitive to the light
trying no caffeine days
and also days where i dont take the multivitamin or other individual vitamins (D, A, B, C)
seems like on nights when I don't take any vitamins the day before, my eyes aren't sensitive at all

could it be too much of a certain vitamin?

The symptom of light sensitivity may be your eyes’ way of buying time to heal from one of the conditions causing the eye soreness. Given your concern and combination of eye complaints, it is important to visit your family physician or eye-care specialist.

Stop taking the multivitamin for a while and also the individual vitamin A. It's probably the excess amount of that. I had photosensitivity when using that for a long time and also rosacea.
