Hi everyone, I have changed my diet for the better, started exercising more and taking a few of the top supplements. Since starting this 2 weeks ago, I have had a HUGE increase of sebum production on my whole face and scalp.

How anyone else experienced this? Could this be a detox effect or my body getting rid of toxins?

Did you recently add biotin, to your supplement stack? That supplement caused a lot of sebum and acne for me.
