Using John Ellis Electron Charged water with a bigger Hydrogen Bond Angle

I came across this claim / device and this quote caught my attention:

this water is distilled many times and exposed to UV some how resulting in the claimed larger HBO


"Hydrogen Bond Angle; HBA (starting with the lowest energy level to the highest): 101* (ordinary distilled water), 104* (ordinary water), 114* (John Ellis Water Discovery) "

They claim its better absorbed

This is not about alkaline water... or distilled water...

Until it's been subjected to a double blind placebo based clinical trail, then peer reviewed, then subjected again to another clinical trail by a different party which comes up with similar results, it's bullshit. No, it's worse; it's out and out quackery with the goal of stealing your money. . .

Save yer cash.
