Smart Meter Guard...is it legit?

Not an advertisement, in fact looking for a good set of DIY instructions if anyone has them.
Noticed I wake up with brain fog and other fatigue symptoms in my bed even though I turn the wi-fi off. After spending time away from my bed over the past few days (camping) I noticed this am I woke up with that same feeling, and I hate it. The neighbor's smart meter is ~20 feet from where I lay my head.

Way overpriced, really and don't have the funds for it right now, but am curious of IH forums thoughts, if any.
