IH- question

What are your thoughts on trace minerals? I used a product called ConcenTrace from the Great Salt Lakes, but never really knew if it was worth taking or a rip-off!
Also what are your thoughts on tissue salts? THANKS!

Ramjet - I've got a bottle of this stuff on my desk, but I rarely use it so much anymore. Using just enough, it will improve the taste of your water. Trace minerals can fulfill some deletions, you'll notice there is a small amount of Lithium in there too.

If you take a lot, or an extra huge portion, it can present a laxative effect. I think it is ideal for families who are not big on taking minerals, because it's easy to add to a large water supply so everyone gets a portion.

There are a lot of good mutli-mineral/vitamins these days that have trace minerals already incorporated into them. Of course these are usually the premium ones.
