large red pimples on my scalp

And I think that they may be a factor in my diffuse hairloss pattern. I've been trying steroid creams which seem to lessen them a bit but doesn't really get rid of them. I've never had a problem with acne on my face...but can you get it just on your scalp? What are some good homemade acne remedies? Or should I slather clearasil all over my scalp?

tes tree oil. dilute it with water in a spray bottle. just strong enough to that it fizzes up in tiny bubbles when u spray it. start off weak and slowly increase in concentration.

i spray it all over scalp and its really helping my dermititis. its also great for pimples and boils. its also cheap because u dont need very much. if it burns it too strong. u should feel a slight tingle, but not burning.

It could well be that nano silver will help this - I've been using it for about a month now and my scalp feels great. If you really want to go big and you have some mag oil lying around do this:

Spray mag oil on and rub it into your scalp before you shower, leave it on for 5 mins or so (5 mins may not be necessary, I hear it absorbs almost instantly). Hop in the shower and use whatever you use for shampoo (I prefer to use a mix of bicarb and cayenne). After drying hair / scalp apply nano silver and you're A for away.

I haven't been doing a lot lately for my hair except taking L-tyrosine supplements since it can boost low thyroid problems. Plus rubbing a strong prescription steroid (clobetasol) for my pimples and dermatitis. I'm not 100% sure but I think my hair seems thicker or a bit of regrowth from the clobetasol. Hirsuitism (hair growth) is a side effect of clobetasol and I think it also improves blood circulation in the scalp so they say. It really doesn't do much with the pimples and boils except dull the redness a bit.
