Which is more likely a cure: diet, manuals, or both?

I'm desperate to get my hair back, im starting to get really depressed over this.
i've been doing DT for 4 days now and am hoping it's going to work.
Which one would you say plays a bigger role in hair regrowth, diet or manual massaging?
I'm thinking of getting on the IH regimen when I get paid this week.
