Straight up New Zealand with the kiwis. Consistently ranks as one of the healthiest countries in the world. And I'd have a cabin on some picturesque mountain side and my wife would be a muy bonita Spanish woman, and my dog would be a siberian husky.
I'd do it purely for the less busy lifestyle, the beauty/serenity, and for all of the health promoting effects of both of these.
But there's a good chance I'm overly romanticizing it too. Canada is another good option I think too, but I'm not talking Montreal, more like Newfoundland. I go where the healthy bee populations are haha.

New Zealand is amazing, I went there on holidays a few months ago, it's weird since I live in Australia and New Zealand is like a stones throw away haha, and it's so different. Beautiful place.

I'd have a place in New Forest (England), on the North Coast of South Africa, the West Coast of South Africa, Novia Scotia, and New York, and move between them as the spirit leads ....

Wellington. New Zealand. Apart from consistent 100 k an hour winds and earthquakes it's the best.

Laughed my ass off ^
If I hadn't shaved, the wind would have ruined the deal. Wind is the universe's joke at the expense of balding guys.

Fortunately, nature wise i wouldn't live anywhere else and i've been in many places. Unfortunately there are downs as well: taxes and economy status of the country so it balance the good things out...

Beebrox,
Awesome content man. The ice thing is unbelievable. The US has had a freak winter this year as well. Here in Michigan we got an ice storm several days before Christmas. I couldn't believe what it did to the landscape. It was all very beautiful, but I also saw how much damage it caused and I was very humbled by nature. It was good though. I think everybody needs those moments, especially some of the cocky fucks at the top. No matter what man does, nature could wipe it off the earth overnight.
Btw, awesome OT thread!

Yes, at some places up to 90% of the forest is just...gone in those 4 days... It makes you think what privilege it is to be able to care about hair/health in your life, when such moments give you some perspective and survival is still a value, lol.
Natural disasters are one of those things that make you humble very soon. I actually believe it the disaster was a good thing - despite the damage, as people stopped for a while and broke the routine, looked around their selves - meanwhile realizing the living on such moments is the same for all (regardless of status and social position). Also applying the help and taking care of each other is where some bonds for the future were made that can result in some good things, not necessarily measurable in money...
Overall yes, it's easy to be proud on such land we have, although i can easily agree with George Carlin on ''national pride''...

YES. THE U.S. SUCKS. I want to be out of here. I live in the midwest also. This winter is so miserable.
