Hairline Regrowth
Well, I've lurked here for a long time and I've decided to finally tackle this hair loss full on with a multifaceted approach. I'm 21, and my hairline has started to recede. I'm aware that being young and having not lost hair for long probably works to my advantage. Ideally I'd like the recession to fill in completely, but I've also read that hairlines are the hardest areas to regrow.
To be honest, the point if this thread is to ask whether anyone had actually been successful in fully regrowing their hairline? Or if they know of anybody who has? Thanks on advance for any responses.

Yes, but not with diet. Manuals only. The manual train just started a year ago so you'll be seeing lots of other people regrowing hair all of their hair.

The theory being you get thickness with diet/internals, hairline with manuals?

It's pretty exciting that, what appears to be, the solution to a receding hair line costs you nothing at all but your time and dedication. Still a little scared doing manuals is going to harm my existing hair by damaging the follicle but, haven't seen anyone complain.

Slight diet modification + Supplements (no manuals in my case).

Thanks for the responses. Manuals are something which have given me a lot of hope.
Were you able to grow your hairline back with just diet and supplements then CausticSymmetry? And what is your diet like?

Re: Hairline Regrowth
I didn't pay too much attention to my scalp in terms of tightness prior to regrowth (manuals were not discussed then).
Stress has lowered since recovery and I'm sure that plays a role in scalp tightness.
Stress creates advancement of adhesion molecules and vasoreactive substances.
Everyone is different, so in my case I have some very basic rules. Just about anything is "free game" except for trans-fats, partially hydrogenated oils. I try to avoid excess grain consumption and remain aware of what
foods are inflammatory vs which ones are not.
To make a gross over simplification, toxins out, nutrients in. Many essential nutrients are not recognized by governments,
and misinformation exists everywhere about types and amounts. That said, there are some that are more important than others, such as K2, D3, A (animal form), sulfur, magnesium, selenium, Zinc, iodine, silicon.
Detoxing heavy metals and incorporating plant-based antioxidant are a must.
Last, but not least is maintaining consumption of krill or some type of omega-3 fatty acid to keep
control of PDG2

Re: Hairline Regrowth
I have been doing all of this in a strict manner for 8 months, what gives? Manuals for 15 months now. I see a bunch of vellus hair on my temples, but nothing is going terminal. How long does this actually take?CausticSymmetry wrote:I didn't pay too much attention to my scalp in terms of tightness prior to regrowth (manuals were not discussed then).

Hey CS isn't most of this covered in your regimen? If not, what would you recommend to add on (As far as supplements)?
