Dislocated Knee Cap

Hi, sorry for my last two threads being off topic to this sites general conversation i dont want to pee anyone off, but since its the only natural forum i know of im hoping for some advice.

Yesterday i dislocated my knee cap and it was dislocated for over a hour and a half due to it being Christmas Day and awaiting the ambulance, i was given 7ml of morphine and gas and air. On the way to hospital my knee cap popped it self back into place and then popped back out again and then back in and has stayed in place since.

My leg is now in a brace and i have been given crutches and Co-codamol 30g/500g paracetamol, also Diclofenac Sodium 50mg tablets.

My question is, is there anything i can do to naturally support the healing process, giving my body everything it would need to give it the best chance of recovery? I dont want to rely on the doctors totally and just take whatever drug they give me, although i do beleive the paramedics did a great job!

I was going to use DMSO gel 70% DMSO 30% ALOE on the knee area just wondered if their would be any reasons not to ?

Thats the guy. His products have some good self diagnostic stuff so you know what to focus on.
