You had recommended this product earlier:

If one were to take more than two tabs per day, the intake of C would increase but so would that of magnesium, copper, etc... in your opinion would that pose a problem?

jmoss1982 - No problem really. The small amount of copper is offset by the zinc content. An extra 100 mg of magnesium in mixed forms is modest, and most likely most of that 100 mg is from oxide.
