Just finished liver flush after procrastinating too long and

So this is an attempt to see if i can recreate the regrowth/thickness i achieved after seeing it on 2 previous liver flushed and attributed to other things i should know in about a month tops if i notice anything.I inspect my hair daily and any change will be really noticable as i only have maybe 25% coverage in horseshoe are and has been stabilized like this for years

what protocol did you use to do your liver flush

i think i did moritz protocol ate no fat all day just ate adzuki beans and apple sauce stooped eatin at 2pm at 6pm took 1tbsp epsom salt with Grapefruit juice at 8 pm another tbsp epsom salt with gf juice 10 pm about 6oz olive oil with grapefruit juice then went to sleep in the morning another dose of epsom salt when i woke up and another dose 2 hours later was passing small amounts of stones all day i should know in 3 or 4 weeks if my hair thickens up like it did before

btw i dont mess with all the colon cleansing the epsom salts do a good enough job of cleaning out and i eat normal food today
