IH's Top 3 plus Saw Palmetto

Hi there. I am a new member. I have been checking on this forum for a long time and I came now to my first post.

I am thinking to start taking the top three supplements as advised by IH.

By the way, please confirm if I got them right. These would be Curcumin, Ecklonia Cava, and Krill Oil.

I have been taking for quite a few years now Saw Palmetto daily at a dosage of 320 mg.

Would the Saw Palmetto interfere in any way with the IH's top 3 if taking together? Please anyone advise.

That may be correct. I've taken the 320mg saw palm extract that OP is talking about. Can't say I saw any differences to my hair.
