Then eucalyptus seems to work well Smile

I put a few drops of the essential oil in water and swish like mouthwash 1-2 times a day.

I mean, I also brush with plain soap and use baking soda and sometimes colloidal silver in my mouthwash, but seeing as plaque is a biofilm I thought eucalyptus would work and it seems to be working very well (I think the plaque is all gradually going).

Hydrogen peroxide (diluted a lot) is supposed to work for plaque too but the problem is it also eats through dental fillings and stuff.

Anywho erm, hope that helps someone Smile

Peppermint oil should do the job fairly well too, AFAIK.
