Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!
As some of you know I am from the most eastern part of Canada, Newfoundland, and we celebrate Thanksgiving a little earlier here.

Oh we eat Turkey. Me and my roommates made a bacon covered / stuffed turkey basted in a local beer. I preach health but sometimes you have to live a little haha.

I hear you man. I really haven't been around much as a career, travel, and rather exhausting breakup have really eaten my time. Expect me back soon, I recently dropped $300 on supplements so everyone will hear from me real soon.
