Re: Is MSM a calcium antagonist?
If anyone has any knowledge of this, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been supplementing with 6-9 gr daily of MSM for a little over a year now. Recently, my knees have been hurting me a bit, but Im not sure if its from something else.
I did read that MSM was an antagonist somewhere, but you know, its not always so black and white like that so I was wondering if anyone had insight on this?
Much appreciated, as always.

Re: Is MSM a calcium antagonist?
How much IU/day are you taking?
Do you supplement with magnesium?
Yes I too have heard that sulfur is a calcium receptor antagonist, sometimes even called a calcium chelator.
Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can explain why calcium deposits occur?
