Starting my IH regiment Empty Starting my IH regiment

I decided to jump on the bandwagon and try the IH regiment. Most noticeably I have just added Fibroboost, Propel (ALA & ALC), BCM-95. I say this because I have been taking a lot of the other supplements already.

Here is my rundown:

Fibroboost by Nutricology
Propel by Life Enhancement (ALA & ALC)
Curcumin by LifeExtension (BCM-95)
Vitamin D3 by Carlson's
Krill Oil by Mercola (may switch brands when finished)
Biotin
Resveratrol & Red Wine Extract by NSI
Jarrow EPS

Other items:

Taurine by Jarrows
Niacinamide by Jarrows (for candida)
B12 Liposomal by Now Foods
Melatonin Liposomal by Nature's Plus (Sleep Aid)
Magnesium Oil by puremagoil.com
Cruciferous vegetables & DIM by NSI
Maca/Cat's Claw by Nutrazon

Heavy Metal Removal/Support:

Jarrows Toxguard (MCP/MA)
Humifulvate - Complete Metal Cleanse by Enzymatic
Iodine
Selenium (every other day)
Vitamin E
Niacinamide
Cilantro - Fresh squeezed (every other day)

hapyman, how's the magnesium oil working for you?

Does anyone else have any positive results using this oil? I read on the forum there are different types? Which one are you using?

Thanks

I am using the one from puremagoil.com. It is the same one JDP takes and he recommended it to me. I really like it. The only downside is that it leaves a film on your skin and it feels grimy. To bypass this I just apply it a half hour to an hour before my shower. It feels really good on my scalp too and has helped stabilize some of my itch. It seems to enhance the effects of LLLT too which is really great. I know lasers seem a bit taboo to some over here but they are working really well so far for me.

Good one man! I just have just started on most of the IH program too : EC Fibroboost by Nutricology, Curcumin by LifeExtension, Jarrow Resveratrol & Red Wine Extract, bio-sil, iodine, Taurine by Jarrows, back on nettles.

Nearly one week in and feel absolutely amazing. Taking 4 EC a day and it lives up to the hype. Surprisingly, Taurine is a killer sup too. Should add the rest now. What's the best VIT D supp guys?

I don't know what happened there... any way to edit posts?

Anywho...

@orwell: Yeah I just started taurine and I really like it as well. I don't know how I missed out on this cheap supplement before. Damn 4 EC per day! Now that will be expensive Very Happy

@misirlou: I am not totally sure at the moment and I am a little afraid to check Very Happy. I have a spreadsheet made up but I haven't updated it since starting these new supps. I'll crunch the numbers later and post them.

One thing is the BCM-95 is pretty expensive. I was taking a much cheaper curcumain supplement before and it seemed effective. It was a 50/50 mix of turmeric and curcumin 95%. What I may do is try the BCM-95 for a month and switch back to the cheaper one and see if there is a profound difference. I'll fill you guys in but it might be awhile Wink

hapyman - There's a way to edit posts on this forum--sort of. Here's what I do anyway. First I'll copy what I wrote, then hit the "X" to delete the post and then paste the contents I copied when I hit a new reply and then edit the contents before sending.

You meant two EC (Ecklonia Cava) per day right?

I've been taking just a single LEF BCM-95 everyday so a bottle will last a good 60 days.

IH, two seemed to be doing nothing much at all, so I'm double loading EC for a while. Do you think this is ok?
I have increased energy, higher libido, enhanced mental clarity and my hair feels great/different. A stubborn demo patch that never seems to go, no matter what I use, is disappearing.

orwell - I could be wrong but when I and many others tried taking more than 2 per day, there wasn't any apparent difference. But we could be wrong, so if you find the opposite is true I'd be interested to know.

Another poster pointed out that since Lipoic acid does "recycle" both fat and water soluble antioxidants, it may possibly increase EC's half-life as well. Note that Ecklonia Cava half-life is 10 to 14 hours.
