Hi guys, after a little research I have picked the following vitamins. Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated. And would these be helpful in tackling leaky gut?

Curcumin
Resveratrol
Kelp caps
Magnesium citrate
Astragalus
Vitamin d3 + k2 5000iu
High potency biotin 5mg
R-lipoic acid 100mg

Looks like a pretty good start to me. How's your diet?

Looks good like Scotty said. You could definitely add a good probiotic to help with digestion and to seal up the "leaky gut". Take your pick.........cause there are many out there. Ohira's probiotic is usually at the top of the list if you can afford it.

Instead of a probiotic supplement, you can make your own kefir or yogurt which will probably get better results.

Hi guys, thanks for all your help. I have just put my order through iherb.com and intend on getting a probiotic for leaky gut.
As far as my diet is concerned i love pasta, beer, wine but try to eat home cooked meals with veggies most nights of the week. I am trying to cut back on sugar and sweets but finding it hard.
What is everyones diet like?

Pasta, beer and to an extent wine is a no-no. Try veggies with meats, if its man made, don't eat it. (usually)

Prussian--

Anything man-made (beer and pasta for example) is highly acidic. That is counter-intuitive if you're interested in alleviating your leaky gut. Alkalinity (natural) is what you want.

It depends on your sensitivity, in terms of mytoxins, gluten sensitivity, etc and enzymes to convert acetaldehyde into acetic acid.

A close examination of the scalp the next day and be an indication (more sebum) when too much is consumed.
