sore leg muscles at night
My job involves a lot of pushing and I use my leg muscles quite a bit. In the middle of the night I'll wake up with burning and tight leg muscles...but not cramping. I'll take a couple of aspirins and it usually goes away after a while. Is it caused by lactic acid buildup? Are there any supplements that I can take before sleeping to prevent this?

Do you own a violet ray? Those things are great for pain. If not, try searching up something called (faster eft) it'll work wonders for you. A guy actually had pain due to some sort of "calcium buildup" and he completely cured it with this. It's also cured "incurable" back pain as well.

I looked into this pretty extensively over the past few years and the best thing I've found to date is magnesium oil. A foam roller (I use a rumble roller) coupled with topical magnesium oil after brutal leg workouts cuts my DOMS down to almost nothing. Really incredible combo.

Thanks for the input. Tapping pressure points seems too incredible for pain relief but I'll give it a try. And maybe I'll just take magnesium supplements first. Do you really roll magnesium oil all over your legs? Your bed sheets must be a mess lol.

Go for it Dude. BTW you're not just "tapping pressure points.. Tapping meridian points stimulates the proper flow of energy throughout the Meridians on your body and eliminates energy and emotional blockages. Faster EFT gas CURED incurables" back pain, fibromyalgia, and even "physical ones" like yours... Such as the guy that had calcium buildup. It's your loss if you push this away.... so I really hope you do try this. With this healing modality, you are communicating DIRECTLY with your subconscious mind in order to stop the pain. The brain controls all of your pain.shaftless wrote:Thanks for the input. Tapping pressure points seems too incredible for pain relief but I'll give it a try.
