I been reading alot of positives on this supplement, anyone taking this and what has
some experience to share? Combined with grape seed extract or pine barks should
be an excellent tonic for mild hypertension?

I have never personally used CoQ10, mostly for financial reasons as the higher potency ones tend to be more expensive than other antioxidant supplements. But given the focus I've been putting on the mitochondria lately, I think CoQ10 is something I'm going to add without a doubt. Its primarily active in the mitochondria and is probably the most important enzyme in keeping the electron transport chain from actually causing damage.

A lot of people will swear you have to buy the reduced form (ubiquinol), but given the body uses both the oxidized and reduced forms, I'm not so sure this is that important. It might be worth a little research to see if it effects absorption. Doubt it though.

Its worth noting its fat soluble so you'd want to take it with a fatty meal. Alternatively, if you can find it in a supplement that uses an oil carrier that micellizes it.

CoQ10 is certainly worth adding to any regime, however I've heard you have to pick your brand carefully. No idea if it's true just what I've read.
