Question about rejuveplex how to order and nano coq10

Can someone please tell me how I can order rejuveplex? Anyone else still using it? And does it still contain the nano lipobelle coq10 ? Much thx all!

So it does contain the nano co q 10 I thought I heard they never could get it so had to substitute regular co q 10?
