Post  averagejoe001 Sun Jun 09, 2013 3:12 am

Hi all

I've just had my first full bloodwork done. I'm 35 yrs old, 5' 7" tall & weigh 132 lbs. I have had hair loss for about 6 years to the point where there's a lot of miniaturization . However, I've been told there's still a lot of follicles about (by a doc) - hard to believe I think but there you go. I'm not on Minox or Fin - but do think DHT must be a factor judging by amount of body hair

I wanted to post the results of the blood work, so I could get some advice from the pro's here. I doubt I'll be able to save my hair, but at least want to work towards being much healthier. I often rush into buying supplements without having a bigger picture view of whats good for me, so hopefully this will help!

Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to read and reply Smile

Are you drinking enough water during the day? You serum proteins are at the upper ranges, which can happen with dehydration.

I drink about 2 litres per day. I usually have a lot of herbal teas / hot water as it's pretty cold up here (UK). That said, my intake has been more erratic of late esp. in the evenings. I've found that I wake up to drink water and am almost always thirsty upon rising

Id be curious if healing the gut/digestion along with a raw food + liquid diet changed that number, unless I am thinking of something else...Foreign proteins in the blood could be a source of auto immune response and inflammation.
