In my opinion yes.. I would not derma-roll more than twice a week. Your scalp and skin needs time to heal. When I used it for a scar on my face, I did it only once a week for about two months and the scar is so much better. After I rolled the scar, it took at least 3 days for the redness to go away..So probably good idea to let your scalp heal before doing it again.

what do u think about rolling once a week and brushing the rest of the days? Do you think brushing would prevent proper healing?
