What's the most beneficial breakfast for your hair?
I'm pretty curious about this one. How is plain oatmeal, gluten free cereal with almond/goat milk, eggs, fruit? Can anyone point me in the right direction for what meal I can make almost every morning to benefit my scalp?

I wonder how important food is. I know it plays a role, but I doubt many users of propecia or rogaine have a healthy diet and they still get some regrowth in some instances

Protein shake! Almond or coconut milk with whey and hemp powder with brewers yeast. Go for about 45 - 50 grams and get a few more helpings of protein during he day. For a 180 lb male, your target should be around 95 grams/day. It makes a big difference!

Just a protein shake? How about an 18oz. glass of veggie and fruit juice? For example: Apple, celery, cucumber, lemon, spinach, parsley, kale, beet, etc.

That would be a great addition, but some folks (like me!) have a hard time digesting proteins mixed with fruits and veggies. If you can do it, it would probably be the bombGrowdamnit wrote:Just a protein shake? How about an 18oz. glass of veggie and fruit juice?
