need help ,MSM & Curcumin side effect

Hi all ,
I have been taking curcumin for the last 2 weeks, from day one I started having horrible acne all over my face. --- does anyone else had something similar experience?? Should I stop taking it?
Next to this , I have issues with MSM , it makes my heart beat like crazy and I feel so nervous and anxious
– this last for good 4 to 5 hours and then it stops .. Any advice?

If they are both causing you issues you should stop taking them immediately.
Maybe try at a much lower dose and see how things go but only after all the sides have cleared.
