Heat flush on side of cheek when eating certain foods??

Whenever i eat certain foods I get a flush of blood and red colour on the right side of my cheek. I am not sure what triggers it but i have had it since i was a child.
It happens when i eat bread and apples and weirdly when i seem to be really enjoying food. It actually happened the other day when i drank apple cider vinegar with a teaspoon of organic raw honey. I cant seem to narrow it down.
Does anyone know what kind of reaction this is? What is my body doing? As i said it has happened since i was a child.
