New study says eating smaller meals offers no benefit over eating large meals
http://shine.yahoo.com/healthy-living/help-slim-down-8212-6-mini-meals-3-165000503.html
But recent research, published in the journal Obesity, suggests that grazing on multiple mini meals won't promote weight loss any more than sticking to three squares. When overweight or obese dieters spread a very-low-calorie diet over six meals, their appetite and hunger were no different than when they ate the same diet in three daily meals. And, truth be told, these findings support older, similar research.
Any other studies that prove otherwise?

Hrithik Roshan Fat to Fit
A few yrs ago another Indian actress Kareena Kapoor also also used the same technique to achieve a size zero figure...multiple mini meals.

Re: New study says eating smaller meals offers no benefit over eating large meals
Whoever wrote this article is missing the point...when we have 3 big square meals, it's more than our bodies can process at one time. Therefore, the calories get converted to fat. With multiple smaller meals (meal being, some nuts, fruits, salad, etc.), your body can process that all in a relatively short amount of time with no excess fat conversion. It's not about satiating an "appetite", which is such a broad term...what IS appetite? Is it a signal that you're genuinely hungry (especially as an obese man or woman), or is it candida or some other fungal/parasitical craving?
In my opinion, the latter more often than not.
