This guy claims to reverse hair loss?

I don't think this is of much use. He seems to be a believer in the whole glycemic index thing, which is largely useless. Of course this leads him to state that high blood sugar is culprit in most diseases, and I'd say the opposite is true. Low blood sugar is much more destructive than high blood sugar.

Also I found a guy that claims this:

Thanks Satan. So im so confused on what type of diet to follow. It seems some say this works and others say it makes it worse etc.

Diet is one thing that will never be agreed upon. Personally, nothing ever worked for me (or many others) until I went strict Ray Peat. I've even been able to ditch all my supplements.

You are welcome to try it OP. Although its quite hard, if you do it you will at least achieve great things like positive thinking, healthy lifestyle, following strict parameters, etc. If you can do all that, you have the tools to be a very successful person. Hair growth would be a bonus.

Thanks guys. Just bought some kale, baby spinach, apples, blueberries, celery, carrots and bananas. Figured I will throw all of these ingredients into a blender and starting drinking this mix.

Hopefully this combined with some brushing and manual methods will at least help slow down any further loss.
