Scalp pain
Dear men,
need advice. When I started Eclonia Cava, Curcumin, Resveratrol, D3 and A , I started to have itchy scalp and little acne. After some acne treatmen, acne on face is gone. 3 days ago I started Rejuveplex with AHK - cu - Nig - mixed for me. From yesterday, I have burning scalp again, which I had not already 2 months.
From what could be - Rejuveplex? Problem is AHK in Rejuveplex? EC or Resveratrol and Curcumin?
Probiotics I take, Revita shampoo too.

IMO DON"T USE REVITA! that stuff messed my hair up and made me shed like crazy. I know they had problems with "bad batches" and such but even after talking to the company they basically have no guarantee that you'll be getting the same product twice. I used to love it about 4 years ago, but their products have just gotten worse and worse and Is topped using it last year after slowly phasing it out. I also use rejuveplex and the other things you've mentioned and if anything it has made my scalp itch LESS. I think it's the Revita. ESPECIALLY if yours is really thick and doesn't rinse very well? has a fairly strong chemical odour? If so that's the "bad" stuff which I tried diluting with water and polysorbate 80. STILL messed up my hair. Drop that first if you ask me.

Also... Doesn't Revita already contain Copper peptides? You're possibly overloading on that.

Re: Scalp pain
Do you think so, but Revita I use already one year, only last months I got inflamation from it, but not scalp pain. Scalp pain I started to have after Rejuveplex...
more itching from EC or C/Re.
Just dont want to be bald...

Re: Scalp pain
How much resveratrol are you taking? I had to stop because my hair fell out by the handfulls. I also had to stop red wine. Now my hair is growing back. The website Immortality Institute told me that 3% of people have a bad reaction to resveratrol.

I was taking 500 mg of resveratrol. You might skip it for a while and see how you do.

Re: Scalp pain
I think will be more the Rejuveplex with AHK. Today i did not use,and burning is less. But huge hair loss. Also my problems is huge sebum...and i hoped, vit. A or D3 or Curcumin/Res or Eclonia could stop the sebum. Panthenol B5 nothing, Maca nothing.....i know that I have hair loss because the sebeum, I have little elevated DHT. When I have no sebum, I have no hair loss....
I searched all this forum for sebum and did not find helped. Diet did not help. In the past helped only Diane , or it stopped itself.

Re: Scalp pain
here's a link to controlling sebum. I think that balancing your hormones would help of you have not already done that. I don't know what Diane is, but I assume it has a hormone component. Also, I wash my hair every day. I think that helps as well.

Re: Scalp pain
\I know hormones help , but I dont want to take hormones anymore....it helped but not always, and you are dependent on them. I stopped them, because I want children.
Last year even I was on them during big stress I lost hairs and had big sebum. I stopped hormones, shaved my head and after six months when I used only maca and sometimes Aminexil it stopped, first sebum them hair loss. I had no hair loss and sebum for 5 months. But one day I started to panicked I have little hairs and in one week sebum was back and hair loss too. It was in May....still it continue. But until August I only had huge stress about it, found that I have higher DHT and TSH. THS is now better from Thyroid Energy. Sebum and DHT not. I tried 2 months Saw Pallmeto and nothing. I know, when my sebum will stop, DHT will be ok and hair loss will stop. And hen I can try to get hair back.

Hi Louise
How is your estrogen/progesterone balance?
Is your hair loss in a pattern or is it more diffuse?
