I have read Genetics and also something to do wih your nero transmiters.

What do we know about healing people like the guy who shot up the theater in Aurora or the

people who go to schools or jobs and shoot. What goes wrong upstairs.

hmm, moral is something neuroscience doesnt have good answers for, as far as i know. I am sure the murderer had many bad emotional experiences in his past, or at least the strong ones. Simplifing what went wrong upstairs in the moment of the sloughter is not the best investigation, cause you wont be able to answer it just with neurotransmitters. The accomplished idea was long time process instead of suddent act. He thought about it a long time. Definetly he achieved his goal and made it like dopamine type of behaviour. Where were hormones for empathy, love, trust, etc at this time? I think he havent touched those parts of the brain for a long time. What's the reason behind - i think he's the only one who knows. Sadly he was capable angry young man.

Healing him?=change his mind=rewire the brain=learning.
