Battle of the "healers" - Castor oil, calendula, colostrum, etc!

So... which is your favourite? I'm aware of many things that promote healing and am trying to incorporate them to help heal my gut. The top ones I have heard about are castor oil, calendula, colostrum and vitamin E.

What are your thoughts on this? I wonder if you are ok just taking one or two more, or if they work in different but synergistic ways. I guess the body is complex, so there is room for different "healers" to promote healing via different routes.

Favorite healers for gut issues:

Olive Leaf Extract, Oil of Oregano, Berberine, Serrapeptase/Nattokinase (biofilm bombs)

I found on man forum about having regrown hair on their head a bit link to zinc. So I take zinc, I try to take zinc, it really should help to strenghten your hair. Because zinc helps in inhibit the dht, which becomes from testosterone form the ferment 5-alfa-reductasa,.. zinc helped many man. I prefer zinc in liquid form. I don't like zinc tablets to chew.
