Kudzu and sex drive loss

Has anyone else experienced this? I started taking the Full Spectrum Kudzu around 2 weeks ago and ever
since then, my sex drive has been nothing. My wife is taking it personally I just realized this morning
that this kudzu is the only new addition to my regimine and Im going to cut it out today and see if I get
back to normal.

On a side note I am going to look into ordering Damiana and Red Maca.

Yeah I had the same feeling, but these sides disappear when I add MACA, I use powdered form 2 teaspoon a day. Hope maca help you too.

Red Maca powder is ordered. Im going to give the kudzu a rest until i get it in.

Don't stress out about it too much. It may take longer than 4 days for a return to a normal sex drive. If you are extremely stressed out that doesn't help. Anxiety can wreak havoc on libido. Enjoy the Red Maca when you get it and try and relax in the meantime. : )

angstman - Quite a number of years ago I found a few products that still exist today that work pretty well to boost libido.

The key ingredients that make them work so well are Cnidium Monnier and Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa. Both of these are potent phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

Iherb sells one that is more reasonable in price than I have seen before.

Thanks and great timing. I was just hopping on iherb to place an order. Will post feedback as soon as it comes in. Maca came in last night, going to mix a couple teaspoons in my shake this morning.

The key is to get morning wood - if you are not getting it, you need to fix it. Absence of solid wood in the early AM is surely a sign of some imbalance / problem. To me this is a sign if things are OK or not OK with me in that regard. Even if I have no interest in the "Sinf-ay Nazuk" during the day, a night time wood is all what I need to comfort myself that everything is working order.

Consider Zinc or ZMA before sleep if you are looking to revive the wood. Others continue to report getting help with Arginine (correct type)+ Lysine + Orithinine combination.

I guess you need to make sure the "Testosterone" is being available (zinc helps there, other supplements can as well), then work on your NO (nitric oxide) to help the blood flow and smooth muscle relaxation (via L arginine), and then to make sure Aringase (arginine antagonist) is in check via Lysine and Orithinine.

Remember to take you amino acids on empty stomach (L-arginine ~ correct type that works OK with L-lysine, L-Lysice, L-Oritinine)

Kudzu lobata has a weak estrogenic effect on the receptors only (it does not affect hormones), I doubt it can
cause lowered libido. The other kind of Kudzu (Mirifica) is different and can interfere with libido if taken too much
or too quickly. Maybe what you experience is a normal fluctuation that just happens to coincide with the moment
of starting a new herb.

I hope thats all it is. My drive is still not 100%, although it is a little better. Havent had "morning wood" for what seems like weeks now.

I generally read that you have to cycle these types of products or they lose effectiveness. IH, what's your take?
